David has been part of Town & Country since moving to Topeka as a child, and he has served on the church staff since 2016 and as Lead Minister since 2021. He preaches in Sunday services and oversees small groups and first impressions.

Dale has been on staff at Town & Country for over 30 years, including 20 years as the Senior Minister. As Pastoral Minister, he helps meet the physical and spiritual needs of the church family, and he also teaches and leads in a variety of other areas.

Rittney began at Town & Country as the Office Assistant in 2014 and has led in the Family Ministry since 2018. Rittney oversees the programming for birth-5th grade.

Becca join the Town & Country staff in 2025 as our Student Minister. She enthusiastically leads our student minstry, overseeing students 6th-12th grade.

Garrett began as Worship Minster in 2023. He plans the song setlist every week, and on a Sunday Morning leads our worship team as we join together with our congregation in praise.

Katie has been attending Town & Country for nearly a decade, and joined the staff in 2025 as the Office Assistant. If you call the church, Katie is likely the voice you'll hear on the other end of the line!
